What is a Virtual Private Network (VPN)?
A Virtual Private Network, or VPN, is a service that creates a secure, encrypted connection between your device and the
internet. Think of it as creating a private, digital tunnel for all your online activity. When you connect to a VPN,
your data is routed through a server operated by the VPN provider, which encrypts the data and masks your real IP
address. This process makes it extremely difficult for third parties, such as your Internet Service Provider (ISP),
advertisers, or hackers on a public network, to intercept or monitor what you do online.
